This equipment is developed on the basis of small batch, hollow, high and low break, SMT process, in order to shorten the movement of personnel and reduce the touch and handling process of personnel.

Mainly used in: hollow products (before sticking steel sheet), high and low step products, SMT products, etc. Different cleaning heights can be set according to product characteristics, which can meet 250mm/260mm double-row or 610mm single-row production. It uses patented magnetic levitation transmission. Completely solve the debris generated by the friction of the traditional gear transmission, at the same time, it can monitor the temperature and speed of the cleaning nozzle in real time, and set the operating speed according to the needs of different products; it can be connected to the MES system to collect and upload production information in real time.
